Use Adobe Illustrator to design the artwork to be silkscreened onto the DVD.
3-4 Spot (PMS) colors are most cost-effective and net the best results in printing.
Below are two sample EPS templates that you may use as guides.
Please note that there are variances based on which replicator does the printing.
Approximate printing area on the face of a DVD is:

Center Hole = 18-38/41mm
Outer Edge = 116mm
Minimum readable text is 4pt

Film must be made from your design. Specs for the film output are:

Positive Film
Emultion Up
2500 dpi
120 lpi

One sheet of film for each color with registration marks.

PACKAGING

Standard AMARAY cases hold a Title page (label) and an Insert.
Exact size is only critical if automated assembly is required.

Title page = Between 10 3/4" & 10 11/16" x 7 1/4" and 7 3/16"
Spine is 1/4" on center.

Insert =Between 4 15/16" & <5" x 7 5/16" and 7 1/4"
